Things that go together: Esri and open source, cheese and wine, pros and cons, fish and chips. AGRC presented at last year’s NSGIC Annual Conference about its open source and Esri implementation for a public-facing GIS solution for the State Geographic Information Database (SGID). They are about a year in, and have many lessons to share about their journey and how what they have learned is affecting future direction.
