The event will kick off with a networking breakfast for those gathering in person. Breakfast is followed by hybrid programming, bringing those in the room and folks virtual together to discuss topics like state-level coordination, cooperation, collaboration, strategic planning, and working with local governments. 

This is an excellent opportunity to network and connect with your peers in states across the country, learning about their successes and challenges and potentially using those nuggets to effect change in your state.
